HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

HOW TO PLACE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST?
Contact us on WhatsApp at 03258589809 to place an exchange request.
Please note:
• The exchange request must be raised within 2days of the delivery date.
• Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. Once we receive the product, we will get in touch with you to confirm your request.
• All returned products must be unused. unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned with the original packing and tags. items without tags will not be accepted.
• The new order will be processed as soon as the exchange item is verified at our warehouse. The exchange process is subject to your item meeting the above conditions.
ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGE?
For an incorrect order delivered, there will be a free exchange or a full refund. For a correct order delivered, a reverse shipping feed 500/-will be charged for the new exchange will be deducted from the refund amount.
An incorrect order includes delivery of the Incorrect size, color, or product originally ordered, as well as defective products.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?

HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
Drop us a message on Instagram or WhatsApp to place a cancellation request, mentioning your Order Number or the name used to place the order.
Please note that the cancellation request must be raised within 12 hours of order placement.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?

WHEN WILL GET MY REFUND?
After the reverse pickup is completed and the product arrives at our warehouse (typically within 7-10 days), it undergoes a quality check. Once the item passes the quality check, the refund will be initiated within the next 48 hours.
